FAQ (page 4)No7.QuestionHow do I win daily prizes?AnswerU Mobile will notify the daily winners of their entitlement to receive the Cashback via SMS. TheCashback amount will be credited to winners’ Prepaid account (with the same MSISDN used toperform the transactions). U Mobile will only perform one attempt to credit the Cashbackamount to winners’ prepaid account. If such attempt fails due to any reasons whatsoever, theCashback amount will be forfeited.8.How do I win Monthly prizes? The top 10 participants with the highest total accumulated value of the successful transactionwill be shortlisted as monthly winners. Monthly prize winners will be notified via phone call froma U Mobile representative. The prizes may be given out as follows:(A)The winner is required to download and register GoPayz app and open a GoPayzaccount under the winner’s MSSDIN and NRIC/ Passport number (the U Mobile Prepaid MSSIDNwhich is used to perform the transactions) if the winners do not have a valid GoPayz account.The winner must ensure that both U Mobile Prepaid account and GoPayz account are registeredunder the same U Mobile Prepaid MSSIDN and NRIC/ passport number to win the monthly prize.The winner is given a maximum of 2 days p to download GoPayz App upon receiving a phone callfrom U Mobile’s representative, failing which the prize will be forfeited.(B)If the winner already has a GoPayz account, the winner must still ensure that bothU Mobile Prepaid account and GoPayz account are registered under the same U Mobile PrepaidMSISDN and NRIC/passport number in order to win the monthly prize. However, if otherwise, UMobile reserves the right at its sole discretion whether to award the prizes upon necessaryverification on the winners1
FAQ (page 5)NoQuestionAnswer9.Do I need to provide any supporting document onGoPayz apps registration & verification?The winners are required to provide via email to U Mobile a screenshot of thewinner’s, GoPayz User Profile as a proof of the winner’s GoPayz account (showingclearly the U Mobile Prepaid MSSIDN and NRIC/ Passport number), for verificationpurposes. Failure to provide the required details will result in the forfeiture of theprizesNo, you must perform a successful top up to qualify for this Contest.10.If I purchase a top up but I don’t perform the top upon my phone, am I still qualified?11.If I top up through other channels, e.g. Handphonedealers, am I qualified?No, Handphone dealers are not part of the participating channels for this Contest.Please refer to the outlets list to see all the participating channels.12.Can I exchange the prize for other products?The prizes are given on an "As is" basis and are not transferable or exchangeablefor cash, in full or in part. U Mobile makes no warranties, expressed or implied, onthe quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, of the prizes.
