Client families may choose only those items desired from our itemized price list.All arrangement selected will include our administrative and professional service charge.Our administrative and professional service charge includes, but is not limited to, a proportionateshare of taxes, licenses, utilities and business expenses required to serve the public. It also includesfamily consultation; administrative and clerical services; preparation of the death certificate forcertification by the attending physician or coroner; consultation with clergy, cemetery, honor guardand/or common carrier; assistance with life insurance claims; placement of obituary notices; andnotification to Social Security and/or Office of Personnel Management.We offer a variety of styles and prices of caskets, alternative containers and urns. A complete pricelist will be provided upon request. A 5% service fee will beadded to the balance with this payment option.

CASKETSOur firm makes no representations or warranties about the protective value of certain caskets otherthan those made by the manufacturer. The only warranties, expressed or implied, granted are theexpressed written warranties, if any, executed by the manufacturer thereof. The seller extends noother warranties and no warranties of merchandising fitness for a particular product.Some caskets may seem similar in appearance but may differ greatly in quality and construction.
