BMO Harris RewardsProgram RulesSMBMO Harris Bank Business PlatinumRewards Mastercard These Rules govern Cardholders’ participation inthe BMO Harris Rewards Program (“Program”).This Program allows Cardholders to earn pointsthat may be redeemed for various rewards.CONTENTSGeneralEarning pointsRedeeming pointsRewardsStatement credits“Cardholder” means a business with an eligible credit card(“Account”) issued by BMO Harris Bank N.A. (“Bank”).“Cardholder” does not include Authorized User(s). Forpurposes of these Rules, we may refer to the Bank as“we”, “us” and “our” and the Cardholder as “you” and“your.” Eligible cards include the BMO Harris Bank BusinessPlatinum Rewards Mastercard (“Rewards Business Card”)issued for business and not personal use. Points earnedunder the Program will be credited to the Account ofthe Cardholder. Only an individual acting on behalf ofthe business is permitted to authorize redemptionsunder the Program. By using or accepting an Account,you agree to these Rules and any changes, additionsor deletions to them. We manage theProgram while third party service providers (“Third PartyService Providers”) administer the Program. Fulfillment ofall rewards is handled by Third Party Service Providers.1Credit Cards

These Rules and Account transactions are also subject toother agreements you may have with us, including yourCardholder Agreement and other agreements governingthe Account(s) referenced in the Cardholder Documents(“Governing Agreements”). As a reminder, your CardholderAgreement contains a provision that addresses arbitrationof any disputes regarding your account, including yourparticipation in this Program. Also, your GoverningAgreements control if anything in these Rules areinconsistent with the terms of the Governing Agreements.The following are general terms and conditions of theProgram and are subject to change by the Bank at anytime without notice. See the current reward offers atbmoharrisrewards.com for specific terms and conditionsapplicable to each reward.General1. We offer the Program at our sole discretion. We reservethe right to change these Rules and rewards and anyfees associated with the Program at any time, for anyreason and without notice, or may modify, suspendor end the Program, cancel outstanding points orchange the redemption value of points or availabilityof rewards. We may reverse any points awarded to youin error, regardless of cause, and such a reversal maycause you to have negative points. If your Account isclosed with a negative points balance, we may chargeyour Account for the value of the points. The Bankassumes no liability for any such changes.2. We reserve the right to cancel your participation in theProgram, close your Account and cause you to forfeityour points without notice in the event of fraud orabuse of the Program Account, violation of the Rules bythe Cardholder, or patterns suggesting improper use ofthe Program.For the purpose of clarification, transactions that wedetermine in our own discretion are made for thepurpose of abusing the Program are not eligible toearn points and we may reverse any points that wereaccrued as a result of fraud or abuse of the Program.BMO Harris RewardsSM Program Rules2

For further clarification, abuse of the Program includesattempting to earn points not allowed under theProgram or by making charges that are outside thescope of usual or customary credit card usage.3. We reserve the right to suspend your participationin the Program, which may include the accrual ofadditional points and the redemption of points fora reward, if your Account is not in good standing.Good standing means that your Account is not canceled,past due or otherwise in default under the terms of anyagreements you have with us, including these termsand conditions. Upon bringing your Account into goodstanding, your participation in the Program will bereinstated, but points previously forfeited or eliminatedwill not be reinstated.4. You authorize us (which includes, for the purposesof this paragraph, our agents and representatives) tocontact you using automatic telephone dialing systems,artificial or prerecorded voice message systems, emailand text messaging systems in order to provide youwith information regarding the Program and yourAccount, including information about missed payments,the suspected misuse of your Card, services or rewardsreceived through the Program, or general servicingitems. You authorize us to make such contacts usingany telephone numbers (including wireless, landlineand Voice over Internet Protocol numbers) you havesupplied or will with the Program or your Account orany other account you may have or will establish withus. You understand that anyone with access to yourtelephone may listen to or read the messages weleave or send you, and you agree that we will haveno liability for anyone accessing such messages. Youfurther understand that, when you receive a telephonecall or text message, you may incur a charge from thecompany that provides you with telecommunications,wireless and/or data services, and you agree that wewill have no liability for such charges. You expresslyauthorize us to monitor and record your calls with us.You agree that you are the owner and/or primary user3Credit Cards

of any telephone number or email address you provideto us and that you will notify us if this is no longer trueas to any such telephone number or email address.5. You are responsible for any tax liability related toparticipation in the Program or as a result of pointsearned or redeemed.6. You may be responsible for payment of any departuretaxes, customs fees, checked baggage fees, excessbaggage charges, security taxes, passenger facilitycharges, air segment taxes or any other chargesassessed by governmental entities or carriers as aresult of travel redeemed from this Program, as wellas any shipping, courier, fulfillment or certificate feesassociated with rewards under the Program.7. We are not responsible for administering the Programor providing services under the Program. The Program isvoid where prohibited by law.8. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in anyProgram document. We are not liable to you or anyrecipient of services or rewards arising from, or relatedto, the services or rewards issued under the Program.Please consult directly with third-party booking,reservations and loyalty programs regarding yourparticipation in those programs when you use your BMOHarris Rewards points. We are not responsible for thenon-accrual of credit, award points, or other benefitsconcerning non-BMO Harris Rewards programs.9. You and any recipient of services or rewards receivedthrough the Program hold us, our affiliates and ThirdParty Service Providers harmless in connection withany injuries and damages of every kind and naturearising in connection with or as a result of claiming andredeeming points and with your receipt of an use ofan reward. You waive and release any and all rights,demands, losses, liabilities, claims and causes of actionwhatsoever that you may now or hereafter be entitledto assert, including but not limited to, any death, injury,loss of enjoyment or other harm or loss of any naturewhatsoever caused by, contributed to, or arising outBMO Harris RewardsSM Program Rules4
