Zero Liability Protection10for lost or stolen cardsWith Zero Liability Protection, if someone uses yourcard without your authorization, you are not liable if: you did not contribute to the unauthorized use you used reasonable care to safeguard your cardand Personal Identification Number (PIN), and you notified us immediately after you learned ofthe loss, theft or misuse of your card or cheques,or after you learned or suspected that someoneelse knows your PIN.If you don’t meet these criteria, you will be liablefor all charges incurred in connection with theunauthorized use.Safeguarding the use of yourPIN, card and accountYou must keep your account secure.
