Clerk of the Orphans’ Court of Philadelphia County2017 Fee ScheduleFor Petitions and Miscellaneous MattersEffective October 30, 2017, Acts 40 and 44 of 2017 increased the JCS/ATJ/CJEA/OAG fee by 4.75bringing the total fee from 35.50 to 40.25.
