In addition, application roles for Business User, Administrator, Everyone User (Manager andother Employee) ensure access is limited to the required purposes.DataMinimization For data extraction, the dictionary of fields available is a configurable subset of the propertiesavailable through the oData API of SAP SuccessFactors. Documents produced are stored and classified by employee or candidate and document type. The onlyadditional information stored with the document is the minimum required to manage retention dates.
