User Friendly FunctionsScan ModeIn order to simplify the system setup, there are anumber of Device Scan modes, which are as follows: Auto scan (LAN) IP Address DVRNS Domain nameThese modes allow the system / user to locate andregister the devices as part of the overall system.Protocol ModeThere are a number of protocols which allowconnectivity between the SiRiS managementsoftware and the devices.The protocol options include: SiRiS, Panasonic,Axis and ONVIF conformance.
Tab Based Operation(maximum of 15 Tabs can be configured, 10 shared between Live, IP Search and DVR Search, 5 System Status Tabs)Live Monitoring ModeIn order to see live video, the user can drag & dropregistered devices, (within the site list) layouts and maps,to up to 4 Live monitoring tabs. Each of the tabs can beconfigured with their own layout. (i.e.2x2, 3x3, 4x4 etc.)In addition, selected cameras can be designated to a HotSpot and for event triggered cameras; a designated EventSpot can also be used.Playback and Search ModeIn order to see playback of video, the user can drag & dropthe devices, (within the site list), to a maximum of 4 Tabs. User and Setup FunctionsThe SiRiS Central Management Software provides user-friendly menus that allow the setup and management of the system.
