Imoved around 6 times during my 2 yearsat Chaffey College and had nowhere tolive at times which made my life stressful. It was difficult for me to focus onmy studies a lot of the time because Iwas not sure what the future held for myliving situation. I am most proud that I made it and did not give upeven when times were the most difficult. I’m proud that I can lookback and say that I have accomplished something real here. I reallydo believe that Chaffey College has helped me grow as a person.I transferred to UC Davis in the fall of 2014. I am a political sciencemajor, hoping to concentrate in International Relations. I plan toobtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. I would ultimatelylike to be a Lawyer or work for a non-profit such as the AmericanCivil Liberties Union (ACLU).Resources like EOPS and several awesome people ultimately helpedme get through Chaffey. The mandated counseling appointmentsdefinitely helped me understand some of the things I needed to doto stay on track and transfer. I also had several great people whohelped me get through the panic attacks. Take advantage of theresources around you and be involved at Chaffey!”HOW TO APPLY FOR BOTHEOPS AND CARE PROGRAMSThere is only one application for EOPS and CARE.Contact the EOPS office at 909-652-6349for additional information regarding theprograms and application periods.NEED MORE ster Youth (909) 652-6346LOCATION AND HOURSWe have three locations to serve you!RANCHO CUCAMONGA CAMPUS5885 Haven AvenueRancho Cucamonga, CA 91737(909) 652-6349 or (909) 652-6358The EOPS office is located in theMichael Alexander Campus Center MACC-205.The office is above the cafeteria.Office HoursMonday-ThursdayTuesday-WednesdayFriday7:30 am - 7:00 pm7:30 am - 4:30 pm7:30 am - 4:00 pmCHINO CAMPUSMain Instructional Building5897 College Park AvenueChino, CA 91710(909) 652-8122 eopschino@chaffey.eduThe EOPS office is located in room CHMB 240inside the GPS CenterOffice Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday(Days and times subject to change; please call the EOPSfront desk for current office hours)FONTANA CAMPUS16855 Merrill AvenueFontana, CA 92335(909) 652-7413 eopsfontana@chaffey.eduThe EOPS office is located inAdmissions and Records front deskOffice Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday(Days and times subject to change; please call the EOPSfront desk for current office hours)
