Fitness ClassesSpinStep AerobicsUsing our stationary cycles, these classes follow an instructor througha ride of varying levels of intensity using music and visualization for amotivating workout.This class targets the lower body for firmer buttocks, hips and thighs,while helping strengthen and condition the upper body.HIITPush yourself! We utilize everything from battle ropes, sandbags,medicine balls and more to shed pounds, build muscle and get lean.Olympic LiftingFit for LifeOur NASM certified Senior Fitness Specialist will lead participants (ages50 ) through a resistance based training class designed to improvestrength, balance and cardiovascular fitness. SENIOR FITNESSIf you are 60 , we have a healthy and social program designedspecifically for you! With the purchase of a Senior Fitness punch card,you can work toward improving your health and fitness with a fun groupof seniors at Westwood.Senior Fitness includes the use of Dynabands and chairs to increase yourfitness level. Exercise improves your strength, flexibility and posture,which in turn will help with balance, coordination, and reducing the riskof falls. Strength training also helps alleviate the symptoms of chronicconditions such as arthritis.With the Senior Fitness punch card, you may also walk our indoor trackMonday, Wednesday and Friday between 7:00 - 10:00 a.m. (1 punch perclass or track session).
