JOB SUMMARY:Reporting to the IT Manager within the IT department, the IT Infrastructure Support Administrator will beresponsible to provide IT support to end users within the organization while assisting and supporting the ITCloud based Infrastructure. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining systems & workstationshardware/software to ensure optimal performance.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Job Responsibility #1: Network and Application Support (50% of Time): Provide network support, resolving technical issues, and providing support for the Microsoftenvironment Training support for Office 365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Outlooketc.) Provision workstations for new employees and assist them with onboarding Provide technical support to business applications when required Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requestsJob Responsibility #2: Maintenance & Troubleshooting (30% of Time): Provide technical support to diagnose, analyze, research, and resolve computer problems for networkand applications Trouble shooting network issues within the environment using networking fundamentals, concepts,practices, and procedures Image desktops, laptops, install software, encryption and configure user profiles Hardware replacement, rebuild and evaluate/document the condition of returned equipment forpossible reuse or disposal Provide updates, upgrades, patching administration, as needed, for desktops or serversJob Responsibility #3: Administration (15% of Time): Manage user accounts through the Office 365 admin center in the Microsoft cloud platformAdd, remove, or update user information such as logins and passwordsAdd users, control access to document libraries, and setting permissionsTroubleshoot and resolve SharePoint Online issues or errorsMaintain inventory of all equipment and software/hardware licensesEscalate issues to the next Tier when requiredLiaise with 3rd party vendors, IT providers etc. for specific requirementsPhone: 1 416 498 1922Mailing Address: PO Box 108, Toronto Adelaide Retail, Toronto, ON M5C 2H8Street and Courier Address: 43 Front St E, Unit 200, Toronto, ON M5E 1B3Website: righttoplay.com
