GENERAL EFFECTIVE DATE.Except as otherwise provided in this Act or the7 amendments made by this Act, this Act and the amend8 ments made by this Act shall take effect on the date of9 enactment of this Act.101112TITLE I—GENERAL PROVISIONSSEC. 1001. FOR-PROFIT CONVERSIONS.(a) IN GENERAL.—Part B of title I of the Higher3 Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1011 et seq.) is further4 amended by adding at the end the following:56‘‘SEC. 125.
