THE CAREER PLANTEAM LEADER ROLEStepping into leadership involves mentoring and supporting a small team alongside yourexisting business, supporting new recruits and those in your downline to establish, maintain andgrow their businesses. As a Leader you will personally work with new Consultants within yourteam, from taking them through the enrolment process to supporting their initial Consultanttraining and introduction to The Body Shop At Home business.The Team Leader role requires you to invest additional time into your business; you are requiredto sponsor and manage a small team alongside your personal party plan business. The CareerPlan is structured to ensure Team Leaders are rewarded for both their personal success andthe success of their team. Additional earning opportunities and bonuses are added to the planat this level. By devising a plan, working towards it, using the Career Plan framework as a guideand managing your time effectively this role can be done as a part time job or worked alongsideanother full time job.ROLE RECOMMENDATIONSThe Body Shop At Home suggests Team Leaders aim to achieve the following RoleRecommendations.
