The programenables students to develop their own personal narrative that connects the dotsbetween academia, their co-curricular activities such as volunteer work, internships and student leadership opportunities, and their future careers. This initiative recognizes that co-curricularactivities not only help students articulatepersonal and professional goals, but alsoprovide an invaluable opportunity toacquire and hone skills in demand bygraduate schools and prospectiveemployers.
