What is KALM?KALM: Kaplan Academic Leadership & ManagementA required training for all new academic administrators andis very different from the on-boarding training. Designed to develop and enhance the leadership skills of Kaplanacademic administrators. Consists of a series of synchronous Adobe Connect workshops andasynchronous KapLearn assignments that lay the foundation foreffective leadership. Program lasts 14 weeks and enrollees are expected to set aside the timefor their synchronous Adobe Connect workshops. Synchronous component provides an opportunity for academicadministrators at multiple levels from the KULCs, KU Campuses and KUOnline to get together and learn from each other.Kaplan Academic Leadership & Management5
