Introduction:Sometimes our negative emotions are so strong that we become paralyzed by them. There havebeen many times in my own life where I was so depressed, fearful and insecure that I wascompletely stuck. My thoughts were consumed with my negative emotions and the resistance ofthem trying to figure out how to eliminate them so I could feel better. I wish I would’ve had aworksheet like this back then. It’s actually tough times like that that prompted me to do thestudies to come up with the solutions for myself. Although I still run into emotional bumps in theroad, I am now able to use this guide to clear them up for myself and I’m happy to be able toshare it with you.If you’re suffering from self esteem issues, depression, relationship problems or breakups, loss aloved one, financial problems, addictions or other trauma, please continue. I sometimes find I can't think of the word that describes what I'm feeling and thislist helps. What are these negative emotions are likely caused by:If you don’t know what the core reason is for your biggest emotional issues, try using EFT with this setup phrase:Even though I don’t know what is causing this emotional pain, I ask my higher self to bring me answers out of thedebts of my subconscious mind and into consciousness allowing me to face my demons once and for all, knowing Ihave the power to heal, realizing that the past is the past, and I am now safe and in control of my own life andemotions.Write the reason or reasons and tap on those issues:

3. What / Where / Who will you be without these emotions?:This may take more thought than you think. If there is more negativity behind eliminating the emotions listed above,be sure to recognize that and tap on it. For instance, if it is an addiction you’re facing, and the thought of eliminatingthat addiction leaves you with thoughts of feeling alone or empty, that is something that will need to be tapped on.You may have to tap on this BEFORE you tap on the above items. If you don’t feel safe in letting go of those negativeemotions, you may not be able to get past the psychological reversal and you could remain stuck.4. What is your biggest fear in regards to this or these issues?:Similar to the above question, it is important to recognize and eliminate fears that leave you stuck. Again, you canuse a EFT setup like the one in step 2 to help you become aware of your fears.5. How does this remind you of a past experience?:Whether it be a repeating pattern in your life, or past trauma, recognize that now and start tapping.6. What would be the ideal outcome in this situation?:Consider your ideal end result. Come back to this step to visualize this outcome after you have eliminated allnegatives.7. What is holding you back from achieving the ideal outcome in this situation?:Is there a life situation that seems to be holding you back from where you want to be? It’s really quite amazing howsituations change once you start eliminating the negative feelings around what appears to be outside influences.8.9.Take ONE MINUTE to think of something that makes you feel good.Now take a minute to visualize #6, being grateful in some way for either yourhealing, or your growth, or other resolution.Keep in mind, we came to Earth knowing what we were in for even choosing our path and there IS aresolution to every problem. You WILL be past this period of difficulty. FEEL what it will feel like when you are.10.Recognize any gifts in this difficulty.Remember, gratitude is a very high vibrating state-of-mind and will attract more good things to you.
