Texas COVID Learning Acceleration Supports (TCLAS) is a set oftargeted supports and additional state and federal funding alignedto the Learning Acceleration Framework.LEAs will access TCLAS funding and supports through a single, streamlineddiscretionary, non-competitive grant application that mimics the simplicityof a formula grant. No narrative responses required No need for grant writers Easy budget calculations4
