Advanced Management ProgramThe Advanced Management Program (AMP) brings our mission of creating world-classeducation for Poland closer by providing Alumni & Partners of the Center for Leadershipwith access to world-class executive education. Alumni come from diverse backgroundsincluding: business, government, community or NGOs.The possibility to participate in AMP will increase participants capacity to positively impactthe future of Poland and the world. For Alumni & Partner nominees with more businessbackground this will be a unique opportunity to have top business school level educationand certification that would normally require foreign enrollment and travel.Key features of the programInspiring curriculum World-class education delivered in residential sessionsin PolandThe AMP will be delivered on 3 distinct levels: Leading educators from Poland and from world’s topuniversities, such as Harvard, Stanford or Berkley, aswell as experienced practitioners and policymakers Certification equivalent to AMPs at top business schools Content of the AMP develops highly transferable skillsneeded for a new generation of management Master Class Advanced EssentialAt the core of the AMP are five 1-month, full-immersionsubjects delivered by world-class educators: Leadership Participants will collaborate with a group of highpotential peers from top-level business as well ascommunity and public sector leaders with a diversity ofbackgrounds Finance Interactions with the Leadership Academy for Polandand the Advanced Leadership Program Alumni Network– one of the strongest and most unique professionalnetworks of outstanding people and organizations inPoland Global Economy Unique curriculum and learning methods, including FullImmersionTM and Leadership NestsTM Closed meetings with world’s top educators AMP Alumni status after graduation and obtaining theAMP certificationAMP Negotiations Executive Decision Making & AnalysisAdvanced level will offer a variety of short-focusedelective subjects that are adapted to AMP audience(e.g. Blockchain Economics - Strategy and Innovation,Management in Crisis, Creative Problem Solving,Managing Change).Master Class level will comprise of closed sessions withworld-leading professors who will share their insights.www.center-for-leadership.org1
AMP formatThe AMP is Matrix Flex – which means You can do the program at Your own pace. This will help participants juggle workand other obligations and choose flexibly the preferred study track.Each of the levels:Is available as: Essential One or more elected modules Advanced Full AMP with certification Master Class(with Master Class sessions for C-suite levelparticipants)You can start with the experience of the subjects that interests You the most, and then continue with the core and electives. In order to obtain full certification of the AMP - completion of all essential and selection of advanced courses will berequired within a certain period of time. It is expected that participants finish the program within 2-4 years of study.The program comprises of:Unique Full ImmersionTMlearning modelEach program at the essential level is based on a 1-monthlearning time with residential sessions and Full ImmersionTM. Immersion is a unique methodology used in theLeadership Academy of Poland and the AdvancedLeadership Program. After each residential session thelearning is enhanced by a specific immersion work to bedone individually or in groups that are pre-requisites forcontinuing the Program and finishing each module.Leadership NestTMThe learning curriculum is contextualized in participant’sdaily work commitments by a unique process of Leadership NestsTM methodology. Pre-work with access to AMP study materials and otherpre-work resources Residential intensive training with experiential andinteractive learning including, among others, Harvardcase studies, real-time cases, films and structured exercises, simulations Back-home, practice-oriented, full-immersion daily exercises for implementing insights into the ongoing workand forming habits Peer consultation groups during which participantshave consultations about the key dilemmas they face intheir own work/life Meetings with Harvard professors and other world-leading educators as well as experienced practitionersOverall this creates a powerful learning experience.AMPwww.center-for-leadership.org2
