Existing Parking Analysis There is a deficit of 295 spaces on WashingtonSt expected to have an effective supply factor of85%. With the increase in enrollment 10 yearsfrom now, there will be a deficit of 455 spaces. Uneven distribution between north and southparking spots. 22% of total parking spotsavailable are on the southern half of campus. Recommended improvements to Parking Lot 9to alleviate congestion and improve safety forboth drivers and pedestrians. Other concerns include blind corners, on-streetmaneuvering, tight streets, and neighborhoodparking.
