POWDER COATING PROCESSExclusive DSI Powder Coating ProcessDSI’s proprietary 10 step powder coating process provides an uncompromising quality created bystate-of-the-art technology. Our system is certified by the Powder Coating Institute providing peace ofmind in your investment. Our powder coating is verified by the American Architectural ManufacturersAssociation and is covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty.1The raw premium-grade aluminumis inspected to be free of blemishesand is not exposed to the outdoorelements.7-8A 200 MPH air blast removeswater drops from the pre-treatedaluminum.A convection oven completes thedry-off process.2The product enters a heatedcleaning stage to remove extrusiondebris and fabrication oils.9Powder is applied with 18automated and 2 manual sprayguns.
