They are powered to support thelatest generation semi-submersible rigs operating in harsh deepwater environments and havesufficient cargo capacity and clear deck space for a wide range of other offshore applications. The vessels are equipped with the latest Dynamic Positioning (DP) technology, enhanced stationkeeping (high ERN) with an independent drop down azimuth thruster, Anchor Recovery Frame(ARF) and Deck travelling cranes, all of which contribute considerably to improving safety duringdemanding deck anchor handling operations. The vessels are designed to be fuel-efficient, toreduce environmental impact in whatever role they are deployed to perform. The C Class vessels boast a 400-tonne line pull Brattvagg winch with triple drums, perfect formooring semi subs or FPSOs in over 1,000 metres of water, and the secondary spooling winchhas a total of 8 km of 76 mm wire storage capacity. The vessel’s tanks are configured to handlemore than 1,300 m3 of recovered oil, in the event she is called upon to respond to a spill.Certified by DNV as having “Clean Design”, this tonnage has lower emissions to atmospherefrom all the machinery including the refrigerant gases. Travelling cranes and wire winder tollsare also provided for safe deck anchor handling. Delivered from STMarine in Singapore in 2011, Pacific Finder has a fuel capacityto endure extended periods offshore and is purpose built forshallow water operations. Pacific Falcon was converted intoa modern shallow water seismic vessel in 2008. The surveyvessels are managed by SPO and have proven track recordsfor delivering efficient services in different survey locations.Operated by Swire Seabed in Norway, these versatile and modernMulti-Purpose Offshore Vessels are designed to perform a widerange of light construction, IMR and survey work scopes acrossboth the oil & gas and renewables sectors. Heavy duty WorkClass ROVs are permanently integrated into the vessels anddeployed from AHC A-frame or moonpool LARS systems. TheWROVs are the latest models from Schilling and Triton and arerated for 2,000 metres to 6,000 metres water depths. Companyowned modularised Observation class ROVs can also be fittedonboard. The vessels are suitable for conversion to Dive Supportoperations and have a track record for executing specialist ultradeepwater cargo recoveries at depths down to 4,700 metres.Operated by Swire Blue Ocean in Denmark, these two vessels aredesigned to safely undertake the toughest offshore constructionoperations. To handle the heaviest offshore components, theyare equipped with a 1,200-tonne and 1,425-tonne main cranecapable of operations both above and below sea level. For workingin a harsh offshore environment, they have 6 x 105 metres latticelegs, a fast electric rack and pinion jacking system and spud cansdesigned to handle a range of seabed conditions. For speedy transitand reliable DP2 positioning, they are propelled by 4 x 3.4 mwstern azipods and 2 x 2.2 mw bow tunnel plus 2 x 2.2 mw bowretractable azimuth thrusters. The vessels have a flexible dieselelectric system that provides up to 24 mw of power.
