No liability is accepted for return transportation charges, following the repairor replacement, as previously mentioned, or for reinstallation costs. No other expressed or implied warranties exist in theabsence of special written agreement between the consumer and Maxim Silencers.The attenuation curves outlined in the Maxim catalogs represent the dynamic insertion loss at each frequency using therespective size silencer as indicated in the curves. Actual silenced noise levels may vary due to several factors such asengine, speed, loading, unsilenced noise, temperature and environmental conditions. The Maxim curves in the sales literaturerepresent the outlet dynamic insertion loss for noise only and does not include any structural, vibration, and/or flanking noisethat may occur. The attenuation curves should be used as a guideline only due to countless variations.2
