TennisUpon our grand opening in 1976, then tennis directorRoy Barth made it his mission to establish KiawahIsland Golf Resort as one of the premier tennis resortsin the nation. Junior ProgramsBARTH-HAWTIN TENNIS ACADEMYSummer / May 26 - August 27, 2021The Barth-Hawtin Tennis Academy (BHTA) is designedfor junior players seeking success at the state, sectional andnational levels, including those preparing for college tennis.Daily sessions include match play drills, on-court conditioning,tactical training, technique assessment, mental toughness andstrategy. The BHTA is offered year-round (the daily schedulechanges in the summer). The daily sessions are two-and-a-halfhours in the morning and two-and-a-half hours in theafternoon.
