1BACKGROUNDClaes Berlin, Quality Manager for RUAG Space Sweden held a presentationabout “Sustainable Process for Mission Success” at last year’s SupplyChain Conference in NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and in spring 2010at the NASA Quality Leadership Forum – QLF at Cape Canaveral in Florida.Many of the topics that came up during these two previous conferences wereappreciated and created interest among the participants.
