Bring honeyto a boil on stovetop. Remove from heatand stir in peanut butter, applesauce andvanilla until smooth. Immediately addhoney mixture to the dry ingredients andmix until well incorporated. Press into 9x13pan, or smaller if you want thicker bars, w/rubber spatula. Sprinkle chocolate chipson top and press into bars.
