The economy is a cycle and through entrepreneurship wewill see the upside again. The technology advances made in just thepast 10 years have changed the ways business is conducted and transacted.Despite the financial crisis and the economic downturn, Brighton isin a good position to leap ahead of the pack in economic development and in growth of new and existing businesses in the community. The Chamber of Commerce provides great avenues to enhance anybusiness with networking opportunities, business exposure, andadvertising and sponsorship availability.Over the years, the Brighton business community has been committed to ensuring that Brighton continues to be a highly desirable placeto do business, live, work and play. People are what make communities and companies great.Give people the responsibility and accountability to run their ownbusinesses. Encourage them to be active in their communities, to beleaders in their communities. Create, describe and communicate thecorporate culture, its vision, and values. Then get out of the way and cheer as they achieve consistent,record-breaking, industry-leading results. And of course make sureeveryone is having some fun.Brighton’s Chamber of Commerce has been in existence for morethan 50 years and strives to be the principal voice of the Brighton-areabusiness community.
