Bachelor's/Master's PathwaysSECTION IN GRAY IS FOR POLICY REFERENCE ONLY AND IS NOT PART OF THECATALOG COPYBachelor's/Master's Pathways allow academically qualified students to complete an undergraduateBachelor's degree and a graduate degree (typically master's degree) on an accelerated timeline,graduating sooner than in traditional programs. Typically, students will complete a portion of therequired graduate coursework while classified as an undergraduate student and have it count towardsboth degrees. As soon as the student completes the undergraduate degree requirements, the student isconverted to graduate status, where the remaining graduate requirements are fulfilled. Grade Policy Students earning below the required 3.0 in the shared coursework can still proceed to earn aPharmD degree, but will no longer be in the B.S. to PharmD Pathway program. Students wishingto complete the B.S. degree in Biomedical Sciences will need to consult with a ChemistryDepartment Academic Advisor.Shared – 10 Credit HoursAccording to the BOG Articulation Regulation 6A-10.030; earn a minimum of 48 semester CreditHours of upper-level work (courses numbered 3000 and above), therefore, the B.S. in BiomedicalSciences students will take up to 21 credits of additional 3000 level coursework in addition totheir required major and exit courses listed below. Out of these 21 credits, up to 10 credits will beshared with the Pharm.D. program.
