2018-2022LOS ANGELES PIERCE COLLEGE PLAN FOR ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENTOVERVIEWThe Plan for Enrollment Management (PEM) is a product of theEnrollment Management Committee (EMC). The EMC is a sharedgovernance committee that reports to the Pierce College Council.The EMC consists of faculty, staff and administrators from acrosscampus.INTEGRATED PLANNING CYCLEThe Plan for Enrollment Management, as well as all other plans, isintegrated with the Strategic Master Plan (SMP), which is alignedwith the mission, and is part of a multiyear planning cycle.
