Items relating to the function ofthis Board can be placed on the Agenda by writing this Board. Items on the agenda may be taken out of order.The Board may combine two or more agenda items for consideration.The Board may remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to an item on the agendaat any time.Public Comment Procedure:1.Public Comment will be taken at the beginning and at the end of each Board meeting;2.Public Comment may also be taken at other such times as requested so long as the requestthat Public Comment be taken will not interrupt ongoing Board business;3.Those individuals wishing to present concerns to the Board are to sign in prior to speaking;4.Depending on the number of individuals wishing to address the Board, a reasonable timelimit may be set.
