Thecomplete Resource Center LoanProgram Catalog, including theBorrowing Agreement Formand Loan Request Form, islocated on the OSHA website.It is illegal to duplicate orotherwise reproduce any of thevideo programs. Most of thevideos, available for loan, wereproduced by private companiesinstitutions, and associationsthat are covered by thecopyright law of the UnitedStates (Title 17, United StatesCode) making it illegal toduplicate the video programs.Is there a charge?Materials are due back to theResource Center 12 days afterthe date they are shipped. Theexact Due Date is given on theshipping form. Reasonablerequests for an extension of theborrowing period are grantedwhen possible.Do I qualify to borrow?Qualified borrowers includeOSHA Outreach Trainers andOSHA Education Centeremployees as well as OSHANational, Regional and AreaOffice employees, employeesof State Plan States, OSHAgrantees, OFA Trainers, OSHAConsultation Program, andOSHA Cooperative ProgramMembers including SHARP,VPP, Alliance, and StrategicPartnership.We pay the shipping costs tothe borrower. Borrowers payreturn shipping costs via atraceable express packageservice (e.g., Federal Express,Airborne, or UPS).
