You should read the prospectuses for each Trustwhich contain important information about the portfolios.What is EQUI-VEST ?EQUI-VEST is a deferred annuity contract issued by EquitableFinancial Life Insurance Company (the “Company”, “we”,“our” and “us”), formerly AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company. It provides for the accumulation of retirement savings andfor income. The contract also offers death benefit protectionand a number of payout options. You invest to accumulatevalue on a tax-deferred basis in one or more of our variableinvestment options, the guaranteed interest option or theaccount for special dollar cost averaging (“investment options”).This prospectus is a disclosure document and describes all ofthe contract’s material features, benefits, rights and obligations,as well as other information. The description of the contract’smaterial provisions in this prospectus is current as of the date ofthis prospectus.
