It isrecommended that couples who have significant decorating to do,schedule their rehearsal for 6:30pm rather than 5pm so as to havemore time in the reception hall.Two hours before the ceremony on the day of the wedding, thereception hall will re-open for any finishing touches and for vendors(baker, DJ, photographer, etc.) to set up for the reception.Any additional time needed for decorating can be scheduled withthe wedding coordinator. If a member of Weddings at Asbury or catering staff willalready be on-site, the extra hourse will be accompanied freeof charge.
