Blue Municipal BuildingWarren CountyzzzOriginally built as mansion in 1839,and was showcase home with tenniscourts, flower gardens and grandballroom.Acquired by Board of Education in1915 and converted to school;became city municipal building in 1977City has acquired new property formunicipal offices and has notmaintained structure; demolition ispossible.
