QUOTATION PROCESSNormally, we can elaborate a quote in 24-72 hours from the reception ofthe required information, consisting of:1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.3D files.- Files in format IGS, STEP or CATIA are chiefly required.Surface finishes.- We need to know if there are surface finishesimplying mold texturing.Additional special finishes.- Painted, screen printed, UVI treatment,etc.Number of units to be injected. Number of units to be injected eachtime and number of units expected of the product.Material. Material chosen to be injected into the parts.Other requirements. Including inserts, threaded inserts, added orassembled parts, dimensional reports, etc.Non-Disclosure Agreement. We have a model NDA in case the clientwishes to sign it and does not have its own.Quotation.- The quotes will detail all the points aforementioned.MAIN DIF. DIVERS. MANUFACTURING PROCESS1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.Quotation approval.- All manufacturing conditions are detailed here, and it mustbe signed and sealed by the client, and sent back to us in order to proceed with thenext steps.DFM.- Design For Manufacturing.- In this process, we analyze the part to beproduced and we agree on the final design so the product can be injectedseamlessly. This stage normally takes 2 or 3 days.Mold Flow.- A report is made with the injection flow to determine the joint andinjection points. This stage is carried out simultaneously with the previous one, andboth take 2-3 days.3D mold approval.- The mold design starts only when the DFM and the Mold Floware approved by the client, and it will take around 4 days.Manufacturing.- The manufacturing process starts and it depends on the part to beinjected.Test.- When the mold is finished, in a 2 days led time, the first run of parts is madeto be approved by the client.Later modificactions.- Required samples will be carried out for injection of partsfinal approval.Samples approval.- When the parts are approved, the mold will be ready forinjection.MAIN DIF.
