Michael CaseySenior Managing Director, BlackstoneMichael Casey is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations and Business Developmentfor the real estate group. Before joining Blackstone in 2007, Mr. Casey worked at Cliffwood Partners LLCfrom 1998 to 2007, where he was the President of the firm. Prior to joining Cliffwood Partners LLC, hewas a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of Heitman Capital Management. Prior toHeitman, he spent twelve years with JMB Realty Corporation and its affiliates on the investment side ofthe business. Mr. Casey received a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance in 1980 and an M.B.A. in Real Estatein 1983 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. audit and tax business development activities across the industry with institutional investors,owner/operators, developers, homebuilders, service providers and hospitality clients.Jon McAvoyVice President & Director of Finance, PN HoffmanJon McAvoy joined PN Hoffman & Associates in 2011 as the Vice President and Director of Finance,bringing over a fifteen years of real estate and finance experience to the company. At PN Hoffman, hisprimary responsibilities include the financial and asset management of new projects, legacy portfolio,and corporate affairs. Since joining the company, Jon has led or teamed on acquisitions andcapitalizations valued in excess of 2bn, including The Wharf. During calendar year 2016, PN Hoffmanwill commence new development projects costing over 400mm with capital markets partners includingGrosvenor, Public Sector Pension Investment Board, Suntrust Bank and M&T Bank.In addition to his PN Hoffman responsibilities, with regards to The Wharf, Jon co-leads the office leasingeffort, manages the operating assets, and oversees of a portion of the waterside developmentopportunities.Prior to joining PN Hoffman, Jon worked for multiple Fortune 500 corporations, including HarmanInternational, Deloitte Touche Tomatsu, and Freddie Mac. Mr. Sanderson played a key role in the expansion ofBascom's multifamily platform into Arizona, Texas and Georgia. Additionally, he has been involved withthe funding, restructuring, refinancing, disposition and direct acquisition of over 1.1 billion inmultifamily value-added investments, including several lender REOs, foreclosures and other distressedassets totaling 14,000 units. Mr. Sanderson has managed the acquisition of over 8,000 units with a totalcost of over 500 million. Prior to joining Bascom, Mr. Sanderson provided project management andconstruction consulting for the architectural engineering firm Carter & Burgess, as well as businessdevelopment and marketing for various other firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science in BusinessAdministration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Master of Science in Real Estate andUrban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Sanderson was a member of theApplied Securities Analysis Program and has served as a moderator and panelist at several prominentreal estate conferences, including RealShare Apartments 2009 and 2010. He is a frequent guest lecturerat the University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Southern California and University of California,Irvine.

Matthew SimoDirector of Investments, Urban Renaissance GroupAt Urban Renaissance Group (“URG”), Matthew Simo is responsible for sourcing, evaluating andexecuting real estate investment opportunities in Seattle, Portland and Denver. In this role, he alsodevelops and maintains strategic capital partner relationships. Matthew has been with URG since itsinception in 2006. Prior to joining URG, Matthew was a Financial Analyst at Trizec Properties in Chicago.He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Wisconsin School of Business at theUniversity of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED)Accredited Professional, and an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI Next and ULI Center forSustainable Leadership) and Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.Josh SolomonPresident, The DSF GroupAs Head of DSF Groups investments, Mr. Solomon is in charge of the company’s acquisition anddevelopment activities. He also evaluates and negotiates new investment opportunities and managesthe business plan of each investment asset. Since the DSF Group’s inception, he has been responsible formore than 2.5 billion in new investments.Prior to co–founding the DSF Group, Mr. Solomon served as a Vice President in the Partners Group ofAEW Capital Management, where his group acquired commercial and multifamily properties throughoutthe Northeast and Mid–Atlantic United States.Mr. Solomon is very active in the real estate industry and within his community. He sits on numerousboards and committees such as NAHB’s Multifamily Leadership Board, Heading Home Inc. whichpioneered programs to end homelessness in Greater Boston, the Nashoba Brooks School and theHartford Yard Goats. He lives with his wife Nancy and four children in the Boston area.Mr. Solomon earned a B.A. from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban LandEconomics from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.Marc WarrenPrincipal, Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, LLCMarc Warren joined AZ in March 2012, serves as a Principal in the firm, and is an experienced real estateinvestor and financier with over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate business. AtAckman Ziff, Warren both originates and executes debt, equity and investment sales transactions as wellas leading its loan sale advisory and lender finance practices.He held senior roles leading the origination and securitization of over 20 billion in commercial loans atCSFB (1995-2000) and at UBS (2000-2005) and prior to that was a real estate investment banker at CSFB(1992-1995) and a senior lender at Heller Financial (1985-1992). In 2005, he joined Black Creek Capital inopening its New York office and co-founded Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust as its President; a publiccompany, “TRT” raised over 800 million in equity under Warren’s leadership and successfully invested

in over 1.5 billion in US property acquisitions as well as significant investment in various real estatesecurities. At Black Creek, he also served as the advisor to various mutual funds the company createdthat invested in real estate securities.In 2007, Warren established Linear Realty Capital, an investor and advisor in various US commercial realestate properties and loans and a partner in a venture that owned a large interest in a public companyoperating the world’s largest energy exchange (since merged into a larger public competitor).Additionally, Warren has advised, financed and/or invested in over 50 loan portfolios (the bulk of whichwere non-performing) totaling over 2 billion in purchase price. Counterparties on these transactionsincluded US government entities, banks, life insurance companies, among others.Warren graduated from the Real Estate and Urban Land Economics program at the University ofWisconsin-Madison under the late Professor James A. Graaskamp and studied Art / Architectural Historyat Wisconsin as an undergraduate. He has served on the Board and Executive Committee member ofthe JCC of Manhattan, as Trustee and Vice President of the Jewish Communal Fund, a 1 billion donoradvised charitable fund. He is also an active member and former Board member of the University ofWisconsin-Madison Real Estate Alumni Association and various other industry groups. A frequent publicspeaker, he has taught classes in the real estate / finance departments of Columbia University, NYU,University of Wisconsin-Madison, other business schools and many conferences.Jeff WechslerManaging Director, Tishman SpeyerMr. Wechsler joined Tishman Speyer in 2008 and leads the firm’s acquisitions efforts in the Bostonmetropolitan area. During his time at the company, he has worked with various departments, includingIndia Portfolio Management, Debt Capital Markets, New York Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets,with a focus on US institutional investor relationships. Additionally, Mr. Wechsler served as secretary toTishman Speyer’s Investment Committee from 2010 to 2012. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Wechslerworked in acquisitions in the bridge equity function at Lehman Brothers’ Global Real Estate Group. He isactive in the Boston community and serves on the Board of Overseers for Big Brothers Big Sisters ofMassachusetts Bay. Mr. Wechsler holds a BA from Cornell University.Michael ZelinSenior Vice President, Eastdil SecuredMichael Zelin is a Senior Vice President in the Washington, D.C. office of Eastdil Secured. He specializesin debt placement and the financing of commercial assets across all product types. He joined EastdilSecured in May 2007. Prior to joining Eastdil Secured, Michael was with Jones Lang LaSalle for 4 yearsand worked in JLL’s San Francisco, Hong Kong and Shanghai offices. Michael has nearly 15 years ofcommercial real estate experience and has participated in more than 25 billion in transactions.
