2022 Euroasia Strings CompetitionRegistration Procedure Guideline
Step 1: You will be redirected to this website below:
Step 2: Select the instrument.
Step 3: Select the age group. Please be remindedthat the participant’s age group is determined bythe year of birth, regardless of month.
Here you will see the fee amount, andplease double check that the participant’syear of birth qualifies for this division.
Step 4: Fill up the participant’sinformation. The participant’scontact email is where we willsend the:1) Comment Sheets and2)Digital CertificatesStep 5: Fill up the Composer (theperson who wrote the musicE.g. Mozart, Trad, Beethoven)and Repertoire (Title of thepiece, E.g. Minuet, Sonata in G,Allegro)
Step 6: Select theduration of theperformance,if it does not matchexactly, round it off tothe nearest duration.
Step 7: Insert the YouTube videolink, using the “shareable” link.It should start withhttps://youtu.beStep 8: Upload the music score inPDF format (only).
Step 9: Select whether isthe piece taken fromABRSM / Trinity.If yes, please indicatewhich exam board, gradeand list.Kindly ensure all the detailsare correct, as as anyamendments will incur anadministrative fees.Step 10: Add to cart when youhave verified that allinformation given are correct.
Upon adding to cart, this will appear.Step 11: Click on “Changeaddress”, to fill in youraddress, and click “update”when you’re done. This isthe address we will send theCertificates, Trophy/Medalsand/or memento, so pleaseensure it is correct.
Step 12: Click “Proceed toCheckout” to make payment,OR if you have multipleparticipants, click “ContinueShopping” (red box) repeatthe process and add to cart.
After clicking “Proceed to Checkout”, you will be redirected to this page:
Please check your address again (on the left side).OPTIONAL: Tick this box if you’d like us tosend your parcel to a different address. Ifnot, please skip to the next button.
OPTIONAL: Fill in this part if it differs from your billing address.
A summary of your order will be shown on theright, again, please ensure everything is correct.
Here is the total amount that you need to pay.Step 13: Please tick to acknowledge our terms& conditions, and proceed to “Place Order”.
You will be directed to iPay88 Payment Gateway as follows:
Step 14: Choose 1 of your options.
If you’d like to pay with FPXInternet Banking, you may choosethe bank at your own choice.Then, click “Proceed” to proceedwith your payment.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an automated email from ‘Euroasia StringsCompetition’ (competition@euroasia.org.my) with the subject “Your Euroasia Strings Competitionapplication has been received!”.
Please allow up to 7 days for your application to be processed. Do check your email(please include junk/spam) during this time, as we will contact you via email if thereare any errors with your application. Once we have finished processing your order,you will receive the second automated email, also from ‘Euroasia StringsCompetition’ (competition@euroasia.org.my) with the subject “Your Euroasia StringsCompetition application is now confirmed!”. Finally, you will receive another email from “CompetitionRegistration” noreply@crs.aeste.net, with the subject: Registration # . A .zip fileis attached to this email which containing your Confirmation Slip. Please do check inyour promotions/junk/spam/updates box too, in case it has gone there. Once youhave received this, your application is now confirmed and complete.
Once we have finished processingyour order, you will receive thesecond automated email, alsofrom ‘Euroasia StringsCompetition’ (competition@euroasia.org.my) with the subject“Your Euroasia Strings Competitionapplication is now confirmed!”.
Finally, you will receive another email from"Competition Registration"noreply@crs.aeste.net, (red box) with thesubject: Registration # . (gold box) A.zip file (green box) is attached to thisemail which containing your ConfirmationSlip. Please do check in yourpromotions/junk/spam/updates box too,in case it has gone there. Once you havereceived this, your application is nowconfirmed and complete.
This will be your confirmation slip.Kindly take note that confirmation slip as shown is a SAMPLE for your reference.
