This is a purchasing cooperative for school districts, juniorcolleges, cities, counties, other political subdivisions and eligible non-profit entities throughoutthe U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Contract DetailsDeliveryObligationsNone.FeesA delivery fee of 4.00 per loaded mile is allowed. This fee is not per machine; it’s per load. Thisfee should be shown separately on the quote or purchase order. Miles are to be calculatedsing Google Maps.Dealers have the option to charge customers 4% of the equipment contract sale for set-up forgolf products only (reel mowers-G10, special application mowers-G15, special applicationvehicles-G20, aeration-G25, debris maintenance-G30, golf fleet management-G35). The 4% setup is in lieu of any/all Government Sales reimbursement for set-up. This fee should be shownseparately on the quote or purchase order.State Fees: California Tire FeeTireAll Motorized Equipment 1.75 per New(Bunker Rakes, Mowers, CUT & Ag Tractors, Utility Vehicles and ProGators)Please review the California Tire Fee publication issued by the California Department of Tax andFee Administration for more details. California Tire Fee must be included on the Quote orPurchase Order. Sales to American Indians occurring on Indian reservations are exempt fromthe fee. ManualsAllowed: Due to factory delivery, pre-delivery inspection, machine setup and installation ofattachments, machines may have hours but should not exceed hour usage guidelines in thewarranty administration manual.An operator’s manual is included with the delivery of the equipment at no charge.MiscellaneousShipping chargesMachine HoursAlaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI): Shipping charges apply. For deliveries to AK or HI, factory freightto the delivering dealer will be paid by the BuyBoard Member. Factory freight is known at thetime of quoting and will be included on the quote to the BuyBoard Member.Continental US: For all other deliveries within the continental US (excludes AK & HI), theBuyBoard member will NOT be charged factory freight to the delivering dealer.John Deere will be responsible for submitting (email: info@buyboard.com) a copy of theagency's purchase order to BuyBoard.Multiple UnitDiscountMultiple unit discounts are permitted. The contract discount plus the multiple unit discountequals the total discount. Discounts are based on the following schedule:QuantityAdditional Discount3-41%5-62%7-83%9 units or more4%Sales of 3 or more like self-propelled products sold on the same purchase order are eligible forthe multi-unit discount. Compatible implements sold with such products also qualify for themulti-unit discount, but do not count as a unit. Frontier Equipment is excluded from theMultiple Unit Discount.“Like self-propelled products” means 3 or more utility vehicles, 3 or more ztraks, etc. Thepurchase of 1 utility vehicle and 2 ztraks would not qualify for MUD because they are not “like”products.Open Market byJohn Deere(listed in theprice book)Allowed: As long as the open market Deere equipment is compatible with the contractequipment being purchased. Open market items are implements, attachments, accessories,parts and bundles, service agreements, etc. that are not currently on contract, but arerequested by the customer to complete the purchase of John Deere equipment awarded oncontract.Items must be clearly labeled on the purchase order or quote as Open Market.Open Market byDealer (notAllowed: As long as the open market equipment is compatible with the contract equipmentbeing purchased. These open-market items are not available from John Deere but are offeredPublic

listed in theprice book)by the delivering Dealer to complete the purchase of John Deere equipment awarded oncontract.
