FAQsQ: What is Ariba Network?A: Ariba Network is a hosted service that enables suppliers and buyers to form relationships and conduct transactions and E-biddings over theinternet.Q: When the suppliers are expected to receive the registration invitation from SATORP?A: SATORP is planning to go live with the supplier registration end of March or beginning of April. The suppliers should expect to receive the invitationafterwardsQ: Is it mandatory for the suppliers to complete the registration questionnaires sent by SATORP?A:Yes, it mandatory to complete the registration with SATORP on AribaQ: Are suppliers expected to receive purchase orders from SATORP and submit their invoices on SAP Ariba?A: No, as of today the suppliers will not receive any Purchase order from SATORP on SAP AribaQ: How the supplier can register to SAP Ariba?A: Suppliers will an invitation from SATORP to register on Ariba network, after clicking on the hyper link they will have the option to Sign up a newaccount with SAP AribaQ: Can the suppliers connect with multiple buyers using one Ariba account?A: Yes, Suppliers can connect with multiple buyers by logging with their existing Ariba account.SATORP-Company General Use
FAQsQ: How long it will take for SATORP to approve the submitted registration questionnaires?A: Normal registration may take 15 days, but if SATORP request an additional prequalification from the Supplier it may take up to 30 daysQ: How often the supplier need to update the registration questionnaires?A: For local suppliers, its required to update the certificates such as GOSI every 30 days, Saudization every 3 month , Zakat every 1 year.Q: Is there any fees associated on the suppliers to receive or submit the RFP/RFQ with SATORP ?A: No, joining the Ariba network is free and the suppliers can receive or submit the RFP/RFQ with SATROP free of charge.Q: Whom the supplier should contact in case the supplier faced any issue?A: For Business related issues, the suppliers can contact SATORP Team on VRG@SATORP.comA: For Technical issue on SAP Ariba, the suppliers can log a support ticket on from the portal.Q: Can the suppliers have multiple users under the same Ariba Account?A: Yes, the supplier admin can create multiple users with different permission depending on the business need of the supplierQ: Should the suppliers have different Ariba accounts/registration for each CR with SATORP?A:Yes, Every CR will be have a uniq vendor ID and every Vendor ID must be connected to one Ariba accountSATORP-Company General Use
