This means that the home must be occupied at all times by atleast one permanent resident who is 55 years of age or older. No permanent resident under theage of 18 is allowed. Maximum occupancy of all homes is four (4) people.A Financial and Criminal Background check is required in order to ensure that homeownersand other occupants will not represent a burden to the community. If you are aware ofproblems in the those areas, you may choose not to apply at this point.Please take the time to familiarize yourself with our Declaration of Restriction , and ourConstitution and Bylaws. Please ask about any rules that you do not understand. As you cansee, the Board of Directors and Homeowners are very serious about maintaining the beauty,financial stability and peacefulness of our community, which will translate as a benefit to youshould you choose to reside here.On the next page, you will find a partial list of some of the rules which have been put in place toensure the well-being and an overall safe environment for all residents.
