PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROLASSEMBLYCFUSA uses modern assembly practices, with a 60 hose per month capacity for production on a conveyor assembly line. Quality control and assembly documentation follow every dispenser from the customer order to theshipping dock. CFUSA dispensers are assembled with the highest qualitycomponents including stainless steel cabinets or powder-coated steel,proven technologies like Liquid Controls, LiquaTech, RegO, Fisher, Parker,ASCO, Red Lion, Red Seal and more.QUALITY CONTROLEvery CFUSA dispenser is subjected to meticulous inspections. Eachdispenser goes through a 21 point QC test with full electronics test, computer burn in, computer function, explosion proof inspection, pressure test,hydraulic function test, base pre-calibration, nitrogen purge and more.
