The InQuiratechnology can automatically incorporate customer context, call context, and CRM contextualinformation in the search for answers to customer inquiries.iConnect for Siebel Contact Center user interface is embedded within the CRM desktop,designed to maximize agent productivity and minimize keystrokes, improving call resolutionrates. Version and Database Certification: iConnect for Siebel Contact Center8.1.3 is certified on the Siebel 8.0 CRM environment employing an Oracle 10g database.iConnect for Siebel Contact Center 8.1.3 works on both Siebel 7.8 and Siebel 8.x CRMenvironments employing an Oracle 10g and 11g databases.
