The Executive Committeealso evaluates the governing structure of WEMCO, and recommendschanges to the organization’s charter and/or subcommittees.Nominating CommitteeResponsible for nominating the slate of WEMCO officers andExecutive Committee members that are presented for a generalmembership vote at the general business meeting during theWEMCO Annual Meeting.Program CommitteeDetermines the meeting locations, speakers, and the program formatfor the WEMCO Annual Meetings. Throughout the year, thecommittee works together to ensure that the WEMCO AnnualMeetings are relevant to WEMCO company members, and thewelding industry.Membership RecruitmentFocuses on WEMCO’s membership growth, as well as continuallyexamine the benefits of being a WEMCO company member toensure maximum value proposition.
