BOAT REGATTAThink you can build a boat and float the lazy river? Thisactivity is based on the ambitious notion that teamscan build a boat out of unusual supplies to compete in abonafide regatta—while carrying a passenger! Our “firstmates” will be on hand to add fun and humor while groupsquickly learn the importance of teamwork and creativeproblem solving. Each team presents their creation in the“Parade of Boats,” performs their team cheer or song and“christens” their watercraft, as they prepare to test theirboat’s seaworthiness around the Lazy River.Prices start at 50 per person, plus tax, with a 20-personminimum requirement.SURVIVOR FORTPut on your construction hat for this teambuildingevent. CAN-STRUCTIONWho can sculpt the most original structure usingitems “bought” at the store? Teams will begin at theirtable where packages of canned food await them toget started for their structure. After the foreman runsdown the worksite rules with the group, they will giveeach team coins to spend in the store. These coins canbe used to buy different colored or shaped packagesof food and other decorating items to add variance totheir sculptures. Teams must also create a presentationboard to introduce and explain their structure design.A group of inspectors can survey all sculptures orparticipants can vote for their favorite sculpture. Allthe food used for the construction is donated to GraceCommunity, a local not-for-profit food bank.Prices start at 50 per person plus a food donation of 500 ormore.CYCLE CONSTRUCTION CHALLENGEPhilanthropicTeamBuildingGive the gift of excitement and work together to build abike which will be donated to a deserving child. Teamswill compete in fun mental and physical challenges toacquire the parts and tools for each bike. After theyhave collected all the tools and parts, they can competefor coins to buy decorations to enhance their bikes forthe bike parade.Prices start at 50 per person, plus tax with a 20-personminimum requirement.THE GREAT RED WAGONA new toy provides fun and enjoyment and gives achild a sense of pride in having something of their veryown. This fun team building event involves creativity,ingenuity, and team work. Each team will have toconstruct and decorate a red wagon that they willtake with them on a fun scavenger hunt. Teams willcomplete challenges around the resort to win andcollect toys inside the wagon. The team with the mosttoys in their wagon in the least amount of time wins. TIN CUPMake your way to our professionally manicured Puttputt course only to find it covered in packages of food!Teams will be challenged to use canned food and otherdecorating items to create a unique miniature golf hole.Compete in golf themed challenges for coins to use inthe store for decorations. Each team must also make acreative tee marker to introduce the new challenge theyhave created including the par for their hole. Either agroup of judges will play each hole or participants canvote for their favorite hole.
