ANCLOTE RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION,INC.October 1 1,2021Re; 2022 Assessments, Budget and Upcoming TurnoverDear Owner(s):We are entering budget season and as we plan for the upcoming year, as the Declarant Board, we arerequired to establish a budget for 2022.Pursuant to Section 3 of Article V of the Declaration, the Board has prepared a budget within 60 days ofJanuary 1,2022. In addition, to help ensure compliance with Section 3 of Article V of the Declaration, wewanted to provide “a copy of the applicable budget, together with the notice of the amount of the AnnualMaintenance Assessments to be levied pursuant to such budget, to each Lot Owner at least thirty (30) daysbefore the fiscal year begins.” It is attached to this notice.The quarterly assessment for 2022 will be 215.00 per quarter.The Board of Directors will formally adopt this budget and the amount of assessments at a virtual meetingto be held on October 28, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting can be observed virtually by the Members byfollowing the information below to obtain a link to the virtual meeting:VIRTUAL LOCATION - Virtual observation of the meeting through Microsoft Teams. We will be looking for volunteers andleaders to work alongside and fill Association committees and the homeowner board of directors.
