causes of loss to the extent those losses are covered by property insurance or other insurance applicable to the Project,except such rights as they have to the proceeds of such insurance.ARTICLE 6 GENERAL PROVISIONS§ 6.1 The ContractThe Contract represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties and supersedes prior negotiations,representations or agreements, either written or oral.
