If youneed set up, servers, and clean up, please let us know, so wecan arrange for it.Ellary’s Greens provides utensils, plates, napkins, and servingspoons with all orders. We use earth-friendly materials, inkeeping with our philosophy and green practices. If you do notneed these items included please let us know, and we will savethe resources.All of our food is made in house and from scratch including ourdressing, sauces, and desserts. Everything is local, organic, andseasonal wherever it can be. Please understand that sometimesan item is either sold out or unavailable.ORDER TIMINGAll of our food is made from scratch and prepared fresh eachand every day. To ensure the quality food and service we ask forat least 24 hours notice on all catering orders, though 48 hoursnotice is preferable. We understand that last minute orders aresometimes unavoidable (and we love that we’re your choice forcatering), so we will do our best to accommodate everyrequest. If you have a last minute requests, please email uscatering@ellarysgreens.com or call us at 212.920.5072.PAYMENTWe accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.All payments must be made in full prior to delivery. We requirea 50% deposit when your order is placed. All catering orders aresubject to a 7% administrative fee.CANCELLATION POLICY24 hours notice is required for cancellation on all orders. Sameday cancellation will be subject to 50% charge. Pleasecommunicate any increase in the number of guests at least 24hours prior to your event.DELIVERY 40 delivery charge applied to Manhattan deliveries south of95th Street. All deliveries north of 95th Street and deliveries tothe outer boroughs (outside of Manhattan) are subject to anadditional delivery fee. Please ask for rates. Please allow a 30minute window on the delivery time, as New York City traffic ismore unpredictable than the L train!
