Video ConferencingConference rooms can be outfitted with video equipment to allow for basic display functionalities up toconducting distance conferencing. Each conference room is a different size or configuration, so therequirements of each room will need to be determined on a case-by-case basis. Basic video conferencerooms will have the capability of a single-point system, for two-way video communication. Multi-pointcapable systems are available, which allow for multiple video conferencing locations to communicate.
