Mobile Access - How it worksRegardless of the solution deployed, the same core Mobile Access willgive guests an experience that is convenient, secure and timesaving.1. The guest downloads the App, registers his/her smartphone throughthe App and allows push notifications.2. The guest makes a reservation and approximately 24 hours beforearrival, he/she is invited through a push notification to use Mobile Accessand start the check-in process.3. The guest receives a push notification noting that he/she is checked inand the App will update with the room number and the digital key whenthe room is ready.4. Upon arrival the guest can bypass the front desk and go directly to his/her room.5. After ensuring that the Bluetooth is enabled, the guest simply holds thesmartphone to the door lock, waits for the solid green light and enters theroom.Mobile Access - screensTechnical RequirementsLock system: the latest generation of the VingCard Signature RFID andVingCard Classic RFID locks are all compatible with Mobile Access. 3. Mechanical LocksAll VingCard 53- and 50-Series lock cases, escutcheons and handles arestainless steel. The locks are symmetrical and have identical dimensions,allowing for series cutting and drilling doors and frames before the type oflock and accessories have been decided upon. An additional advantage isthat lock types can be exchanged without changing the cutting and drilling.Functionally secure patented cylinder: the TrioVing cylinder consists of 2 mainparts. The 2 parts are fitted separately, which simplifies the replacement ofcylinders. Furthermore, 2-part cylinders can be more easily fitted to thickdoors and rebated doors.Heavy-duty bolt: just a quarter turn of the thumb turn or key is sufficient tobring the heavy-duty bolt forward.Symmetrical cutting: VingCard standard is based on symmetrical cuttingand drilling. Since the cut mortice is centrally located in the door edge andthe middle of the frame, it is not necessary to manufacture special right-handand left-hand opening doors.
