Personal propertyThe College does not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever, including liability throughthe acts, omissions or negligence of its employees, agents or assignees for the student’spersonal property, and the student is advised to take out personal insurance to coverany loss or damage to personal property which may occur while the student is at theCollege although the student, parents, guardians or carers for the student, and the personresponsible for the payment of fees, should take independent advice on the content ofsuch policies before committing themselves.9. PublicityBy enrolling with the College, the student, parents, guardians or carers for the student, andthe person responsible for the payment of fees, consent to the reasonable use of the student’s details and achievements, including images or recordings of the student howsoevermade, for promotional purposes.10. Data protectionAny information provided to the College may be held on computer and shall be used bythe College in accordance with its data protection registration and the data protectionprinciples.11. LiabilityThe College shall not be liable for either death or personal injury suffered by any studentexcept as may arise through the negligence of the College.
