No refunds will be granted after thestart of the program, except in the case of amedical injury or emergency. Requests forrefunds in the event of a medical injury oremergency must be made in writing with anoriginal doctor's note. Transfers to anotherprogram must be made at least 5 businessdays before the program begins.
