EXHIBIT 2EXECUTORY CONTRACT AND PROPERTYDOCUMENT ASSUMPTION SCHEDULE1The Plan Debtors2 expressly reserve the right to alter, amend, modify, or supplement the Executory Contract and PropertyDocument Assumption Schedule at any time up to and including the Effective Date.Certain documents are listed out of an abundance of caution. Inclusion in the following list shall not constitute an admission bythe Plan Debtors that the listed documents are in fact Executory Contracts or unexpired Property Documents, or with regard tothe nature or validity of such documents.Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Executory Contracts and Property Documents shall be treated in the manner setforth in Article 8 of the Plan.The Plan Debtors shall pay the cure amounts set forth herein (the “Cure Amounts”) in accordance with the Plan. Payment of theCure Amounts shall satisfy, in full, the Plan Debtors’ obligations pursuant to section 365(b)(1) of the Bankruptcy Code.
